metch referral terms

The reward is one tee of your choice from the metch collection for $1 USD after your first five qualifying customers. One reward is available per member.

Qualifying customers

You and the referred customer need verified metch accounts. The customer must accept your referral and place an eligible preorder of any collection product within 30 days of accepting it. Eligibility is captured when the deposit is paid; the point is added only after the full agreed balance is paid. The first accepted referral is used.

Each different verified customer contributes at most one point. Self-referrals, aliases of the same email address, cancelled or refunded purchases, and $1 reward purchases do not qualify. Clicks and account registrations do not add points.

Your reward

After five qualifying customers, you can choose any tee and planned size shown in your account. The tee price is $1 USD. Free shipping to supported destinations, availability and final ordering terms will be shown before payment. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another reward.

A refund or cancellation can remove a qualifying point and lock an unused reward. A reward already used may require owner review. Reservations do not create a paid order.

Current release

Free club preorders run 5 October–5 November 2026. Stripe confirms deposits and final payments. A deposit alone adds no referral point. Fully paid preorders qualify automatically; a refund or cancellation removes qualification. Reward tee reservations remain available in your account; contact client service to arrange reward fulfilment at the public drop.
